The NAMC-UM is dedicated to empowering it’s members by connecting like minded individuals that have experienced the same struggles and overcome the same barriers. We create opportunity by giving our members the ability to talk to majority firms and connecting companies to minority contractors.

NAMC-UM’s membership includes general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, manufacturers, suppliers, associations, state and local governmental organizations, bankers, attorneys accountants, and other professionals.

While membership is open to people of all races and ethnic backgrounds, the organization’s mandate, “Building Bridges – Crossing Barriers,” focuses on construction industry concerns common to African Americans, Asian Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Native Americans.
